In this article we continue our lesson on learning craps different terms. Picking up where we left off in Part 2, the following terms covering the letters E to J in alphabetical order. Given words beginning with other letters are set out in my article.

A hand on top = Payable directly to dealers, rather than the bet for them.

= A Hardway bet on 4, 6, 8 or 10 wins if the dice show equal numbers before a 7 or Easyway. For example, one earns 4 dollars if the dice show 2-2.

Hedge = Make a commitment to protect another bet.

Hi-Lo = A bet that the next roll will be a 2 or 12.

Hi-Lo-Yo = A bet that the next pitch be a 2, 12 or 11.

Hit A Brick = When a cell displayed a rather hit the wall.

Hop = A bet that the next roll will be a specific combination of numbers.

Horn = A bet that the next roll is a 2, 3, 11 or 12.
