He’s bascially saying that at anytime, the casino CAN control the payout of the machines at anytime with their slot techs.
Uuuuhhhhh, it’s that illegal? That would be discrimination. I was surprised the female holding the video camera recording him didn’t acted disgusted by what he said, but just kept laughing instead. Please tell me he’s wrong, that there isn’t a “dial” so they can’t give me a lower payback percentage if they hate me. That would be discrimination and would be illegal.
